Delivery Information

Malaga Car Audio uses a number of different shipping methods and providers...

Please see below for a general guide.

  • Small items - Satchel Post
  • Bulky / Heavy items - Courier
  • PO Boxes - Australia Post

If you have any special shipping and postage requirements please leave a comment in the checkout.

Please only enter valid and complete street addresses, as failure to do so may result in delays in delivery or packages going missing. 

Malaga Car Audio will not accept any liability for lost freight if an invalid street address is used.

 

Standard Shipping  

Malaga Car Audio offers a $15 FLAT RATE Australia-wide shipping, however some larger or heavier items (over 11kgs) may incur a higher fee which will be communicated with you when your order(s) is being processed.

 

Dispatch & Handling Time

The majority of items at Malaga Car Audio are available to dispatch within 1 - 3 business days of the order being placed. Whilst 99% of orders are dispatched within this time period on occasion this may not be the case due to factors beyond our control.

If you require a part urgently please contact us and we will be able to provide you with a more precise dispatch & shipping time.

 

Out of Stock items

While a rare occurrence, if an item is out of stock, it will be back ordered and the customer notified via email if the lead time is expected to exceed 8 business days. 

If a product is ordered and we are not able to dispatch the product within 8 business days, an alternate product or full refund will be offered. 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched Malaga Car Audio will issue you an email with tracking details for your package.

 

Damaged Deliveries

If an item has been damaged in transit, please send photographs of the item/s and all packaging to info@malagacaraudio.com.au with 48 hours of the delivery date.

 

In Store Pick Up

In store pickup is available by appointment only, from our workshop at Unit 2, 73 Holder Way, MALAGA WA 6090.

Please select "Pick Up" in the checkout, once the item is ready for pick up an email or SMS notification will be sent. Some items may not be available for immediate pick up... If you require something urgently please call before ordering.

Pick up Appointments are available Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm.
